Taking off the A-arms

Im taking the a-arms off to chrome them. Is there any special way they need to come off or does it need anything to go back on? Any certain oil needed or lubricants?

You can pretty much take them off any which way. I started with the tie rods then shocks, then arms. I use marine grade lithium grease with good results so far. You can get it cheap at an auto parts store.

be very carefull when u take the ball joints out of the spindels that u dont rip the dust boot on the ball joints!! or they wont be any good!!
