Finished installing WB E series and Dynojet jet kit, now bike idles way to high?

Alright, I swapped the filter WB Eseries silencer in and main 160 jet in. Stuck the needle with the eclip on the ring groove. Now my bike starts and idles at about half throttle. What's the deal? I plat with the idle adjustment screw and nothing happens. I can't figure it out. What did I F up? Please help me.

Oh yeah, the only thing I did not do was adjust the fuel mixture screw.

Then your throttle is sticking. Check the cable, from the throttle back to the carb. Lube it up while your at it.

did i mess anything up by not turning the fuel mixture screw out?

the fuel skrew should be fine. i would first check to make sure all jets are snug and in place correctly. like previously stated, make sure your throttle is not skicking or make sure you did not tighten your cable by twisting your carb around when jetting the bike..
