400ex's light question??????

i have nacs headlight guards on my 400 but every time i race i hit the light switch and they are getting mealted really bad. I have seen a lot of people take out the lights and put a piece of plastic or some thing in there that looks really good but i dont know how to secure it in there, so if any body has any pics of how they secure it in there it would ba alot of help.

Another fix would to be to just unconnect the light wires during a race so even if u hit the switch it won't do anything. But if you wanna take them out then just do that.

yea thats what i want to do but i just dont know how to secure the plastice in there.
