ok i was sick of my scott grips moving around on me every two second so i went to my local bike shop and picked up grips that you would use on a BMX Bicycle and they work amazing. i think that they fit a bit tighter than the atv grips and the compound inside seems a bit stickier so they hold well, these grips had the round peaice that the twist grip grips have so i cut them off and i put them on with some hairspray and in a few minutes they were on nice and tight. they were 9.99 and you can get any style and more on the grip design, i was gonna get the waffles but wanted to try something new so i went with this really small waffle design, they grip well

those are nice :D I want to get a set of my old BMX bike grips, they were yellow, and would work sweet on the EX but I can't find them anywhere (this was a long time ago since I had the BMX bike...)

they're nice but they sure are fat
I use these I picked up off ebay, they're awesome grips, they flex a little bit but not enough for you to loose grip, and theres no way i'm gettin blisters with these, they're not to fat either

I'm running OURY grips right now...nice change from stock.
The best thing I've seen for gluing grips in place is 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive.
this are solid with a little bit of hair spray they are not slipping at all!!

I just use plain old Scott Hurricane ATV grips. I've tried a few others and I always end up cutting them off after a few rides and putting Scott grips back on. Also, since there's nothing that annoys me worse than a grip that won't stay put:mad:, I use Renthal grip glue and three safety wires.

this post just made me think of something...isn't there a (non glue) grip system out there that you replace the grips by removing a ring held with a set screw??? "anyone"?

I use oury grips & love them.... I just wrap one layer of masking tape on the bars & then put gas in the grip, empty out the gas & slip the grip on & the gas melts the masking tape some & sticks great.

im not sure but you might be thinking of bar ends...they might prevent the grip from slipping off but the grip mihgt still twist, i didn't use glue on mine just some hairspray and they don't move at all and grip very nice
btx...heavyd nice grips man
