Paddle Tires

I was told that if I wanted to buy some Sand Skate 2's for my 400ex, I would need to buy new wheels (mine are stock). He said that they didn't make paddles in that size. Is he right, or is he just blowin smoke?

I don't know about that brand, but I have seen some huge paddles on a sternwheeler before....

sand skate 2 are by sand tires unlimited and they are the best dune tire. since those tires are for the back and the stock rims on the 400ex are 9 inches they wont fit. sand skate 2 only come in 20x11x10 or 20x11x8. you gotta get the rims. o and it you get the tires i would get the 20x11x10. they cost like 15 more dollars but they look better.

You are right, Go with the one the bigger rims, they will look better. There was a picture in an 4wheeler with sand skates on a 400ex they built up.. it was sick.
