need help...............

I am removing my sidecases off my 400ex so i can get them powdercoated. i was wondering if i had to remove the two sets of needle bearings in the right sidecase before i have it done, and if so how do i do it? there is a little clip in there that looks like it might have to be removed too .............any input would help thanks..........

these are the needle bearings where the clutch arm is............


I thought they would be fine if i left them in there, but i dunno. Any powdercoaters have any input? thanks

they are cagged needle bearings and should fine. remove the oil seal from the top of the case and on the inside of the other(its held in with a snap ring) degrease the cases and send them to the pc'r.
