WB E Series and Dynojet, what jet do I use?

My 400 has the welds ground on the headpipe, a K&N, and no lid. The Eseries will be here monday and I have a Dynojet that has been sitting here since Xmas. The kit says to use a 170 main jet with aftermarket exhaust, and 3.5 turns out on the FM screw. This sounds like a bit much to me. What would you guys say?

Mine said to use the 170 main as well, but I have a full system and live at sea level, and I have the 165. The slip-on should be around 155 or so. Now, if you had a K&N with the airbox lid off, maybe a 160.
