where to get port and polish job done?

where is the best but least expensive place to get a port and polish job done for my 300ex? is it worth it? i plan to run stock bore, high comp. pistion(11:1), cam(all around grinde or a xc grind), and the pipe and other stuff i got on it right now. Is it worth it? will i notice that much more power with the port and polish job? thanks.
