I read that the best aftermarket clutch perch(so you can remove parking brake) is actually the Honda CR250 perch, and it's only like 20 dollars or so. Some of the aftermarket ones are upwards of a hundred bucks. What do you all use, and would you reccomend them...PS what did they cost.

I've got the Speed perch on my 400EX, and a RTC (from k&k) on my Banshee. They are both the same... So far so good. I have raced my EX using the lever, and even crashed a couple times. It is still holding up well.

I have a PEP easy pull clutch lever and perch. It works great with some cable luber every once and awhile.

ATV Sport did a clutch lever shootout in their October issue. The CR rated very good all around, including a good price.

why is the clutch pull so light on some bikes and not others...is this the perch/lever or the clutch itself???

Don't get the MSR Raptor lever and perch. Some people like them, but i think they are chinsey. Thin aluminum, the first day i had it, i was tightening it (i could still move it all the way around my bars) and the backside clamp broke. I was pretty mad. I ended up just using the stock peice. And i called the place that i bought it from and they told me they would order me a new one, but i would still have to pay for it.

I know a lot of people that bought the CR lever and love it, cheap, and functional. I also like the RTC levers.

and, as rico said, works connection makes AWSOME clutch levers
