Had a bore job done on stock 300ex Went .060 over and had larger exhaust valves installed. Running a K&N with no air box and a cobra reverse megaphone and their head pipe. Was starting really good and now seems to be flooding on initial startup. Starts great when warm. Can't seem to get the right jetting. Have had up to a 145 main down to a 120. Raised the needle all the way and dropped it to the bottom. If I run a 128 main have all kinds of mid but pukes on top. Plug does not start to discolor until a 138 is installed. Still have stock pilot. Head was ported and polished at rebuild. Gonna be installing a Web Cam 254 grind this weekend. Any help with jetting really appreciated or any other ideas will not go untried. Getting frustrated

Sounds like a lean idle circuit to me. Go up on the pilot 2 sizes, drop the clip on the needle 1 spot from stock (richer), and run the 138 after you install the cam. That should get you close.
