jetting

i am still working on the jetting for my 400 ex i added a w/b e-series full system with 12 discs, and kand n filter, and a dynojet kit, and 1" air holes in the air box lid. does anybody have any recommendations for jetting i also removed the choke. i also need to know where to position the air screw and what stock location and size is for everything. in the carb.:confused2

pilot 38
needle clip in the middle
air screw 2 1/4 turns out

I can't help with the Dyno jet kit because I don't know the numbering system.
I do have a very similar setup as you and this what I suggest with Keihin jets:
Main 150/152 maybe 155
pilot 42/45
Needle clip in the fourth slot from the top
