About 25 years ago you could have made that argument ;) The coal companies have raped our state, and yours, and have not done anything for our state. Does anyone have any idea what trail-heads your riding on what day??? Myself and another buddy are coming to ride but were doing the commute thing each day from Charleston. We both ride at the Water Ways just about every weekend and know those trails real well so no need for maps if that trail-head is on the list.

Also, again, sorry about the green smocks comment. Lookin forward to meeting everyone. Monkeyboy cracks me up!!!! :D

Last year it seemed we decieded the night before what trail we were riding and what time we would be leaving. So it you stick around each night at the campground you'll know. Or we just send you smoke signals from the camp fire.

You'll have more fun if you camp. And I bet you'll get to meet the Urban Legand. Hell of a nice guy.

Most of the cell phone's didn't work when we were there last year. Nextel didn't at all. My cingular worked a little bit when we were close to Walmart. So don't count on that.

You guys been on Waterways before??? Me and a buddy have a 27 mile loop mapped out at the Waterways that we ride all the time!!! It's a great run!!! We try to do it under an hour but due to all the water on it now thats a hard time to do. There's also a bunch of unmarked trails we ride on that are alot of fun as well. I'd like to hook-up with you two on Wed but I don't get off work till around 3:00 pm and then I gotta get my stuff together for Chief Logan. Hopefully you'll want to go back on one of the other days. FIrst off if your in or around bowling green you got about 4 hours to hatfield.

We will be going to 3 different trail heads,,which means that's were ya park and unload and ride from. Each trail head has about 100 miles of trails and 1 of them has about 130+ so there's plenty of riding. The terrain is Appalacian mountains...lots of elevation change along with long straight closed coal mine trails. And if that sounds fun wait till ya get back ta camp...:eek:

there's plenty of room for ya if ya wanna show up..


and by the looks of your avatar you'll fit in just fine at the Green smocks central tent...:eek2:
