The pilot jet #42 you guys are all talking about are the stock company ones right ? 'Cos my Honda dealer wasn't able to get me one..hmm? he had 40,45...no #42...

i had to order one , it is a honda part. took a couple days. no biggy

He should be able to get them. We have them all the time :confused: Tell him to look for a part #34-5142 in the Parts Unlimited book it is a 21 series pilot..

That's a good sign that you need to go to a different dealer. Don't buy a Honda OEM jet, the dealer will want about $15 for it. Take the stock one out and have the parts guy match it up with an aftermarket Kehin pilot jet. The aftermarket 42 will most likely be a little longer, that's o.k., as long as they look the same otherwise. Should run about $4-6.

Keihin QB10A but is it a PE,PWK,PJ??

I believe those are 2 stroke carbs.. I gave you the part # in my first post It might be called the Parts Canada book at your local dealer
