I would get LRD or maybe CT. I have an LRD pipe on my blaster and my friend has pro circuit. Everytime i race him i smoke him. Don't get pro circuit unless you want a noise making pice of ****. I mean really all they do is make noise. When i got my pipe i could tell in bottom and mid range end. (You can adjust it for more top end)But my friends pos pipe i couldnt even tell any bottom or mid range. Toomey would be the best of the pipes you said but LRD pipes are badass.

I'd go with toomey or LRD probably.

Toomeys are good, they are ussually pretty loud though.

I personally like the FMF SST, or FMF Fatty.

Both Toomey and LRD are good choices. But if it were up to me, id go with LRD.

I rode a blaster with the pro-circuit on it and it blew the doors off of the toomey b5. The Pro-circuit likes to rev. I also rode one with the FMF fatty, which seemed to run good as well.
