Removing Snorkel ?

i was thinking about removing my snorkel on My R
if i remove it and run open box, will i notice a lil change
also i was wondering what everyone uses to plug up the hole where the snorkel went ....thanks

I used the lid from a can of black spray paint. You won't notice a bit of difference...

One thing I try to do on my bikes is to keep it simple. If it does not have a function, or if I can simplify it, get rid of it. A cleaner looking bike is also a plus.
