time to go back to the track...today

well, here it is. i've been waiting 8 months. we're takin the 400 down to the track tomorrow. i'm REALLY excited. i'm DYING to get some pics and post them! i can't wait! i'll get some video of a couple doubles i'd like to show everyone if they work. i'm really pumped up about riding today! well i'm leaving at 11. i'll leave the track about 5 or 6. so i'll put pics up at 7 or 8 or so. my goal is go get a good air pic of 5 feet or up. well it's 2 and i have to get up at 10 so i better go get some sleep. :D

i'm bringing 5 disks for my digital camera. they hold 150 pics each disk. there should be enough:devil. i'm charging all the camera's up. it's 10 right now. i'll be heading out in about an hour or so. it'd be really awesome if i could hook my digital video camera up to my computer and put a video on. we'll try it. there a couple jumps i have in mind about doubling that should look pretty awesome. well gtg get ready. :cool:

WOW!! i just got back. it was GREAT! i had a blast! i did all the whoops perfect, and did 3 doubles. my lap time last year with my 250 was 3:25. my lap time today was 2:38. i was flying. i hit the 2 doubles i wrecked on last time. i then i hit them every lap. then there was a another double that every else was doing so i gave it a try. there was a single that i was getting 4/5' off of. i couldn't land on the little landing cause the front was bottoming. so i couldn't get much higher. there was another single i had to get 40 feet long on. it was a really cool jump. just sit there in the air and never come down. then i tried the tabletop. the landing sorta meshed in with the flat part on top. it was probably 40/50' long. i missed it by 5 but it was a real nice landing cause the end was just downhill and smoth.

there were like 20 quads, 40 bikes. the quads were sick:250R's, 400EX's, Z 400's, KFX 400's, Raptor, 250EX, 300EX, banshee, and they were all really tricked otu and NICE! they split the quads and bikes. 30 minutes each so you could get around the track easier. taht was a good idea cause 30 minutes straight riding killed me so i just sat down and talked to my dad about the things i need to get better at. the only time i got passed was when i went over the big doubles and singled them, the other guys just flew around them. i was running side-by-side with a 400 for about 10 laps then the practice was over. we got some good pics and video...

the tabletop was kinda lame for heighth. no one was getting over 2 or 3 feet high on it. you just get really long. that's me in the back ground about half way across it.

the 300 is still being fixed.:ermm:. i'm taking the 300 next weekend. the part comes tuesday and he'll have the engine for me by thursday and my dad will put it in friday. i just took my dad's 400 today. we took the quiet core out and it sounded pretty sweet. there were guys with REALLY loud pipes right beside me the whole time and i couldn't hear my RPM's too well. here's the single again.

i had a great time today and i can't wait until next weekend to take the 300. i'll have 400 shocks on the front and my Works on the rear. i hope it jumps as well as the 400. i think it will. if i can get my computer working, i'll try to get the video on. i'm on my parents computer now. if someone could help me set it up? i don't really know how to do it.

my mom took 16 still pics on the regular camera. i'll have them on in a couple days. i'm dying to see them! they should be better than these cause they're still. the digital takes like 3 seconds late and the timing is way off and it was hard to get a good pic of me in the air. but i LOVED it today! the doubles i'd just fly over 4 feet high just fly. it was so cool. i'm going next week. Tommy, you'll have to come!

well said. Tommy, i can't go to the track this weekend but next Sunday i have a race at Field of Dreams. so we'll get a lot more pics and video. we're droppin the other pics off tonight so we'll get them on wednesday probably. and i'll post some new pics of my 300 then when i get my shocks on, motor in, and plastic sanded/renewed.
