a steal?

theres a 2000 400ex that i am considering getting. it has a fmf powercore IV pipe, AC aluminum nerf bars, k&n filter, and a jet kit. He wants 3800 out of it. Is this too much, or a steal? I was hoping he would come down some but i wanted to hear from you guys to see what i should do. thanks in advance

thats a rip in my eyes you can get an alot better(newer, more moded, ect) 400EX for 3800$

I got that year, with everything you have with 2 extra sets of rear tires and rims(for snow or sand) ,headlights, UNI filter instead of K&N, and a slip on muffler instead of what you have-for $3200 I believe

That's a lot. EX's are going for around $2500 here. The Z is killing the EX left and right around here. A lot of people are looking to get rid of them before they become worthless.

KBB isnt all that accurate. I sold a 1991 lt80 for 1700 and it said it was going for under 500 or something really low.
