The plastic is in decent shape. Some scratches, but no cracks. I have everything except for the following: the two supports that go over the shock mounts, the four black push-pin things for the tank cover, and the rear seat hardware. I needed that stuff for my new plastic. I'll try and get some pics tomorrow if you are interested. As far as price goes, make an offer.

I looked at the plastic today and there are a few scratches and wear-marks, but nothing bad. The worst are on the rear fenders where your legs go. I have pictures of all the peices, and a close up of the wear-marks.

The headlights worked fine when I took the plastic off, and that was about a month ago. I don't have the braces that go over the shock mounts, but I have the other two. I'll get some pics aof the side panels tomorrow.
