Of course you need to rejet.
What mods do you have and I can give you a good starting point.

ok you got the same omds as me.
I run a uni filter with holes all around the lid and a T-4 pipe

On my jetting this is what I run
40 pilot
3rd clip
128 main 3 turns out on the screw

Now with this set up it still runs a little rich and I can still lean it out more

But use these numbers as a good starting point stay with the 40 pilot, that is a must for alot of easier starts.
you might be able to drop to 125 on the main.

But pick up those jets sizes and have fun,

Oh ya those numbers are for kiehns jets too

Let me know how everythign works out

This is for a 400ex but it will probably help a little.

it that link does not help, But it should Very easy and has all the ingo you need to swicth out the jets.
the carbs are pretty much the same is just the 400 is bigger. But either way it is straight to the point, It should only take you about 45 min, since it's your first time to swicth out the jets.
jsut remeber take your time.
Also there is no need to taek your throttle cable off the carb just leave it attach and twist the carb around, save you alot of time.

If that link works for you let me know and keep me informed on how your project went. Also you will notice the power more tahn before espcially with your pipe.
