I love my T-4, but you want quiet.
I have heard alot about WB and DG, good picks there.
Also I hear the alien is pretty good also and quiet.

Suggestion if you don't plan on doing any engine mods, just get a slip on. Save your money for something else.

LRD if you like loud...:devil

sparks if u want it louder

I would go with a White Brothers E Series, they give great power and the sound sounds awesome and it isnt that loud and it is tunable, and a quiet core is optional

i ride in residental and had a megamax 2 pipe. you can put more discs in the back ( i had i think 6, so not to many) and never got one complaint....just waves from all the OLD grandpas in my neighborhood. they are 246.00 dennis kirk or rocky mountain i forget...210 on ebay all the time. i want one again. i hear DG and Cobra are loud though

I highly recommend NOT buying a DG pipe. If you want power, you are going to get sound with it. There's really no way around that. You should get a full system because the stock 300ex header is choking it to death. Find something other than a DG or Cobra. I'm not a fan of FMF either the just aren't made that well in my eyes.

I'm running the FMF MegaMax & I like it, it has the discs in it too, but it's not real quiet. Not much else I can tell ya about it though never rode it w/o it so I don't know what the power difference is,.

I've got the Supertrapp IDS2 on mine and i like it very well.
It's tunable also and look very clean.
It'll smoke my buddy with the FMF everytime.

hmf all the way. mot to expensive, awsome sound, not to loud, but not to quite. i can easily get the front end up in 2nd now, before i could not, i could probaly get the front end up in 3rd if i go back to stack gearing, and i got a white brothers header because the stock one sucks. here is a pic of it of the quad, i dont have a pic of it on the quad yet, but it looks like a shorty on it.

White Brothers E-Series and header all the way, nice power gains and not that loud, you can also get the quiet-core insert for it too.:D

I have a Supertrapp IDS2 also, I have no problems with it.
It added some good power. For the price ($240) through Rocky Mtn. I find it hard to beat. It comes complete as a whole system, headpipe through silencer.
That way you get a complete exhaust and still have $$$ left over for other mods.... for me it was a no-brainer......

I honestly think whatever you choose over stock you will be happy with.... everything is so equal nowadays

more power is always better :macho

I didnt want any rad engine mods, just wanted the motor
to run like it wasnt under water.

DMC Alien, jetted to DMC scecs.
K&N, Outerwears and custom air box lid.

The motor lit right up and runs GREAT. No more cold starting, no feathering the throtle til it warms up.No problems.
Not to loud at all. I ride in California and have to watch
the noise. The motor can actualy breath. Very happy.

01' 300 EX
K&N, Outerwears, custom lid
AC Bumper
AC Six pack rack ( gotta have six pack rack)
