w/b exhaust

i installed a w/b e series full exhaust and i had some trouble with the brake lines being too close to the pipe. has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it? the clutch lever on the side of the case is too close also any ideas or previous experience will be appreciated.

Can't answer your question, but I may have the same one pretty soon as well, cause I'm about to buy the White Bros E-series full exhaust also. What kind of difference did it make in the power of the quad? Are you happy with it? Also, what jetting and what # of discs are you using? Thanks.
