440ex jetting ?

I just bored my 00 400EX with a K&N Filter, and Powercore IV silencer to a 440, via the Wiseco kit. It is 11.5:1 compression, and I ride at around 1000' above sea level. I run 93 octane pump gas in it. Right now the jetting is stock, so what should I increase it to (ie, one or 2 sizes on the main, and the size number, like 380 or whatever), and should I do all circuits, or just the main?

What no aftermarket cam installed? You will need a 160, 165, 170 main jet just to be sure a 45 on the pilot jet would be nice. Take air box lid off; 1 inch air vents will not do it.
