250EX Manuel Clutch

There is an article in dirtwheels of may, in the letters section, there is a 250ex with a manuel clutch installed. the guys sid it was hard work and i was wondering of anyone know's how to do this. if u do could u please tell me. i really want to do this to my quad.

i heard it was true but the guy rigged something up. you cant buy something to do it.. how ddid you get a 270?

how much is that bore kit helpin u i was lookin in to one

I bought a bore kit from www.powroll.com. and its great. hasnt broken down or anything and it only give u bottom through mid range power. its worth it though

The powroll kit says it increases the cc's by 20. And since the 250ex starts out with only 229, you now have 249 cc's. That means it is still a 250 ex.
