250EX vent hose routing

Okay I'm an idiot and didn't note the hose routing when I took my 250EX apart. The carb vent hose coming out of the carb side under the fuel supply line is too short to route down like dirt bikes. It must come up under the seat and secure somewhere. There is a loop formed in the plastic pan under the tank where the choke & throttle cables pass on each side, does it go into this?

actually i just let mine hang down. havn't had a problem with it yet.(knocks on wood desk!)

The carb vent is routed up under the seat and looped at the back end of the tank. But I wouldn't call it under the tank.

Thanks Fullhouz, it was making me crazy trying to figure out the factory route. I ment the plastic tray "underneath the tank" next to the snorkle.
