A little help please

Please make this simple for me, I am looking at doing something with my rear shock (rebuilding it, buying a new one, etc...) on the front I have works triple rates with rezzies set up for mx I am 200lbs and can hit flat and hard. I just need a little something. When I changed the front I noticed a night and day difference but these are the only shocks I have ever put on a quad. Please make your replies easy to understand I do not know all of the abreviations. price range 600

how much does it cost to get a stock 400 rear shock revalved and resprung or what ever and can they put on a rezzy? name some prices thanks
