I know PEP and TCS are under $900 for the fronts.

PEP ZPS are $895 for either Std. travel or LT. Just goes to prove that Elka is sticking it up your ACE with a hay rake to charge more for LTs.

sounds to me like PEP is sticking it up your ACE with a hay rake by charging the same for standard shocks as they get out of LTs.

the only difference between the lt and std are the bodys. the shafts and inside components are the same. therefore a company like elka that charges you more are screwing you.

Sounds to me more like Mark and Wayne are are probably some of the most honest people in the industry. They didn't become the most respected men in quad racing by sodomizing every guy that had a few bucks in his pocket! Spongebob is correct. The only difference in those shocks is shaft and body length. The parts all cost the same to build, so I imagine if your cornhole is itching after you got your LT shocks from someone else, it's probably because you "took one for the other side."

I suppose you also figure that John Arens is plugging it to your pooper because he doesn't charge $400 more for two more inches of .083 4130 tubing???

alright lay off guys, due to a thing called sponsorships i know what i paid for my complete houser/elka set-up. performance and prices were both considered when making the decision. i considered all shock and a-arm combos before the decision. i guess do to my situation houser/elka was the clear way to go for both price and performance. i didnt get shafted on my setup therefore i can defend houser/elka all i want. i will admit when i get the shaft and that was on the good ol' carbon hood from quadtech. didnt even get vasoline.
