No Longer an Exrider

Well i sold my 400ex for something better. I plan on buying a 03'Yz350f. I got only $4,500 for her but thats alright i might go back to quads down the road just trying dirtbikes out for awhile. I will check up on the site often but not as much as i did. Thanks alot to everyone.

I wanted to switch to a bike, but then you can't really take too many chicks with you!:devil LOL depending on how hard I work this year, I might have enough to buy a used bike, but I will probaly end up selling my quad and either buying a new ex or something better:eek: .

hey, you should come take a look at my 01 yz250f, its for sale, and you could buy it and have almost a grand left over, and it has a lot of modifications

Ive never seen or heard of a yz350f. Did you mistype it and mean a 250f or 450f ?

I'm in the same boat. I've turned back to the blue. The 300Ex is gone and the Raptor is in. (Talk about night and day!!)

Yeah, no problem. Bikes can be alot more fun and less fatiging(sp) at times and vice versus. I cant decide if I want a 125 or 250f for my next bike. I like the 2 stroke power but the yzf are really nice. I hear they are great bikes.

2001 Yamaha 250f For Sale
Hey Guys, i've been thinking alot about this lately and im gonna sell my Dirtbike and be done with them for good. I originally bought it to race in the 125 C division class at the indy mx track and really felt like i had a shot at that championship. Well i found out about 2 days after i bought the bike they are shuttin the place down...

So, now i have a dirtbike that i wont ride cause there are no more tracks around here, and i have my 400ex for the trails. Ill probably use this money to buy a crotch rocket in the near monthes.

As for Modifications, it has many. I will list as many as i can think of but i will probably forget some.

Engine
*10 hours on stock bore Wiseco 12.7:1 piston with valves freshly adjusted.
*Pro circuit t-4 full exhaust.
*Pro air filter
*ported and polished
*carb bored

Extras
*Devol radiator guards
*Pro taper bars
*Excell rims
*Heavy duty tubes
*Pro Taper bars
*FMF Advanced ignition

Brand new
*Front brakes
*Rear brakes
*Oring chain and 4 rear sprockets
*Full ascerbis plastic
*Moto "XXX" graphics
*Ceet gripper seat cover
*Painted frame
*Front and rear tires (maybe 80%)
*Clutch cable

Suspension
*Pro action front and back...However the fronts need rebuilt. ( i have seals and oil)

Heres the deal...you wont come accrossed a stock 250 f for less than $3300 (atleast i couldnt) and this bike has probably well over 2000 worth of extras. I would like 3800, but any reasonable offer will be accepted. Keep in mind you will immediately need to dump about $80 into the front suspension, but i do have all the parts for it so if you know how to do it youll have all your stuff on hand to do it.

I thought i had this bike traded to another guy for his 400ex for about the last month and the guy just backed out, my 400ex is going through a little project and i really need some money to finish it, not to mention i probably havnt put but about 15 hours on the bike since i bought back in november.


So make some offers, or offer a trade. I can meet half way (within reason)

Yeah, they are really loud. My bro had one on his 426 and you could hear it from so far away.
