Alright, thanks. I am gonna do some researching before I buy anything. I will probably just get a T-maxx because a friend of mine is selling his and he used it for about 2 hours. It is in new condition and I can probably get it for really cheap.

I got myself a Sportmaxx 2.5 a couple weekeneds ago. It's sweet now that it's running. I didn't fully read the manual and these things are the opposite of our bikes. During the winter you richen it and summer you lean it. I launch it off of hills I woulnd't even climb with my quad.

my friend and i set up a jump for it in the yard, the jump was about 4 feet high, and the car flew for about 25 feet and prolly got 10 feet in the air, very cool.

and then last summer, my friend jumped his down his alley in the back of his house, and it flew for about 85 feet! and who knows how high, and he didnt even break anything, hes allittle more crazy than i am with these things

Depends on the gearing, size of engine, etc. Mine will probably go somewhere around 40 MPH. Never had it clocked though.

I had about an inch and a half on each side so sometimes I would have a hard time lining it up but I got used to it. It threw the truck great. I was amazed at how well it threw it actually. I could jump about 8 feet high from the ground. I had it set up kind of as a step-up because I would jump over that wall and land on some grass. I wish i still had it:( I will build another one someday. Here is a pic of where I would land. I would land on the grass about halfway between the two walls and the kicker would be set up about 4-5 feet away from the wall. If you dont understand it, I will try to explain it better.

my younger brother has a hpi 2 wheel drive off road truck and that things hauls butt. he is gettin all into it to, he went up to the volley ball court and built a mx track for it. its so sick he got some good tires for the track kinda like tamers and the thing slides the corners, wheelies outta the corners and then he will skip some whoops and then bust a 15ft triple double with it. its awesome to watch. sometimes i get jelous and take it from him for a few laps. :devil

Yeah, it gets addicting. Me, my bro, and his friend used to stay out in my back yard making a track till midnight. We had a triple step up. It was fuu-uun. They also look awesome with step ups.

Id suggest looking on E-bay. They should be under 300 bucks for everything you need or check a local "recycler". They are really fun and even more fun if you know other people who would buy one also. You might also see if there is a local hobby shop (LHS) near you that carries them. Most likely ther is! They are pretty tough actually. You just have to take good care of them. Kind of like a quad, if you take good care of it and clean it after you ride it will last longer. You can also visit www.teamassociated.com for more information on rc10gt's. I am almost positive they have a forum on their website. Team associated is who makes the rc10gt. SOrry if there is mispelled words, I dont feel like rereading and checking what I typed.

i have the t-maxx 2.5 four wheel drive. it hauls ***** you can get it up to full speed in reverse. personaly i think it looks better then the savage.21. the savage may have better sup but the t-maxx can do wheelies come out of corners with one wheel off the ground. i jumped my like 10 feet off the ground andbroke the housing for the gears for the starter motor!!!

kawasaki_ridah

thats the exact one i had they are extremly fast lol.
i beat my freinds 40 with it beat numerous cars with it in races. I drove it on my road in front of my house speed limit is about 30 and i would pass people on it. lol the look on peoples faces when you pass then with that lol its great. But its a good thing you bought new tires because my stock tires lasted about a day after break in lol when i had it running right it would do cookies and smoke the tires withough a problem. Its a very sick car i loved mine but it just got to expensive at 30 a gallon for gas and about 20-30 in parts per day because they breack everytime you take it out its alot more expensive than quads but lots of fun if you can afford it

If you want the best Moster Tuck then you should get a HPI Savage or a Traxxas T-Maxx. They are both good for jumping and off roading. My TMaxx was $410 and you can get a Savage for around $400 on the internet.
I think the best stadium trucks are Losi XXX-NTs or Associated RC10GTs. The Losi is about $330 nad the RC10GT is about $290
The best buggy is probably the Ofna Hyper 7. Hyper 7s are about $470.

ummm, ima have to disagree with that 18th scale buggy remark. the ofnas are definetely not the best buggy. the best buggy is the kyosho inferno 7.5 kanai edition 2. that thing is a beast. put a black magic .21 in that thing and woop everyones @ss. ive heard they are in the 70's mph stock with that engine. btw ive been around the r/c car scene for like 5 years. and i have done lots of research because im just like that. lol

O.K., all these new cars and trucks are nice and all, but what about those old school cars that started it all? My first car was a Kyosho Pegasus. After that, it was a Tamiya Lunch Box, a Blackfoot (on which I probably spent enough in dogbones and differentials to buy a real car), and then a Traxxas Hawk. No slipper clutches, no ball diffs, and enough dielectric speed control grease to choke a damn horse!! Ah, the good ole' days...

Yea, There really durable. I think there harder to break than stadium trucks. Theyre really good at jumping and hillclimbing.
Theyre really fast and pwerfull too. The T-Maxx is my favorite car, i like it a lot better than my rustler.
The kit costs $265, you can get it here
