i heard that blaster front shocks fit a 250ex. and a warrior rear shock would fit in the back. is it true. would it make a difference in suspension for the 250ex

i weigh about 150 and when i jump a about 4 foot high(thats about as high as i can go with the shocks) i come down like a ton of bricks.

i've rode a 250ex where i normally ride my 400ex... lets put it this way... it didn't soak up the bumps that i've never felt b4 on my 400ex... it shorta hopped over them... it didn't even soak up lil things... when u set the front end down from a wheelie it felt like ur wrists wre gonna brake:o

I speak from experience on this: Blaster front shocks are terrible, some of the worst i have ever seen. The back is pretty good for a soft ride. We put my Lakota front shocks on my friends blaster, and he ran a HS. What a difference! I wonder if lakota shocks will fit on a 250ex?

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR THE ADJUSTMENT. SEE IF THE 300EX FRONT SHOCKS WILL FIT ON THE FRONT. I THINK THE 250 AND 300 FRONT SHOCKS ARE THE SAME EXCEPT FOR THE ADJUSTMENT. AND THE REAR SHOCK LOOKS JUST LIKE A 400 FRONT SHOCK. THAT WAY YOU COULD HAVE ADJUSTMENTS THEN. I THINK IT WOULD BE WORTH A TRY. GOOD LUCK.

Try a z-250 shock. That would prob. be the best seing how its practically the same setup, and it has a reservoir, adjustable, etc... You might even try the fronts cuz there adjustable too. I think im goin with works fronts and z-250 rear. The z shock will probly be pretty costy though seing how its a brand new machine and youll probly have to get it factory direct.
