Cam chain install..............

Do you have to take the case cover off to install one? I though the tensioner was bad. Bought a new one. It still jumped tim on me. So.........can someone help me?

Yes, if you are replacing the chain. Seems like you need to remove either the clutch basket or the nut that is on the end of the crankshaft to get it off also. i am not positive though.
