250x and 400ex a-arms and shocks

Can I put 400ex a-arms and shocks on a 250x. Will the shocks be too long and will the a-arms bolt up

You can bolt the 400ex A-arms right up to your 250x. You will need to swap out the tie rods also. The stock shock length on a 250x or 300ex is about 13 inches. You will either need custom shocks that are 14.5 inches long or you can use 400ex shocks if you purchase a modified mount that relocates the mounting location of the top shock mount. A EX Riders named County Park sells them for about $85 bucks. Good luck.
