The part with the 50 degree bend goes on the front.
The curved piece goes by the steering stem.
The wide piece goes by the front motor mounts.
The next bolt holes on the skid plate the bolts go in the holes for the stock plastic skid plate.
The last pieces go on either corner on the back of the frame. One has a slot for the chain slider the other don't.
Hope this helps.

if you have nerf bars, you might have to drill the holes on the skid a little b/c the u-bolts for the nerfs will have to go under the skid, which pushes the holes up a little. also, if you have a prm bumper, its a good idea to cut a little bit of of the end of the skid (bumper side) so everything fits right. mopunt it all up and you'll see what i mean

This is what i did to get by the u-bolt problem with my nerfs. I just ran some extra bolts i had. I have washers on them now too.

Do youyself a favor and enlarge your drain holes BEFORE you install your belly skid.Mine are around 2 1/2" round at both holes. (Makes less mess during oil changes.) And I drilled a 1" hole right in front of the motor and a 1/2" hole next to the right footpeg in the triangle by the brace to enable mud and leave to run out when washing.
