Broken bolt

The long bolt that goes through the perch to hold the clutch and all that stuff broke off right at the nut at the bottom. How do you take it out to remove it? I've tried turning it left righ, nothing, and even tried to pull it out with vice grips. I'd imagine i could still ride with it, looks like it dosen't wannt come out when it actually try to remove it so i wouldn't imagine it would come out while riding, but i'd still like to get it fixed. Thanks in advance for your help.:confused:

its threaded in there. it goes threw the pertch and threads threw and then you put on the nut. but it will come loose happened to me. replace it
