well, not cheap, "inexpensive" $352.00 to the door. I got a Lonestar Axcalibar +2-+5 Chrome. Shipped within a week to PA. No problems what so ever. Good experience for me. I searched for a good while, and they were the best price that I came across.

hey speedbump, so how wide exactly is your rear end now?? and was it easy to adjust the width?

Lonestar axles are actually adjustable +1 1/2 OR +3 1/2 wider than stock. There is a spacer that goes on one side of the hub or the other to make the differance.
Just take off the hub nut and hub....move the spacer.:)

Let me clarify that....
The 400 is +1 1/2 OR +3 1/2
The 250r, 250x and 300ex are +1 to +4 i'm sure it's the same set up.

Well, It is sittin on stock 85 350X wheels now and I believe it is right at 49". I can add 1" more to the total width. I put the small 1/2" spacer on the outside of the hub. The axle came with one 1" spacer and one 1/2" spacer per side. To adjust width, you just decide how wide ya wanna go, then either put the spacers on the inside of the hub, or on the outside of the hub. Easy as pie. here is a pic of the rear of mine with it at 49". If you go with an aftermarket wheel with offset, then it will be different. I had some ITP T9s on it, that were one inch wider...50" total, but went back to the stock offset and never moved the spacers to go back to 50".

i think its worth it to buy the lonestar cause i was going to buy another durablue but i had a freind of mine that just snapped his twice in less than 3 weeks!!(snapped mine once) so im just gona spend another 50 bucks and get a better axle!

i better head out i gots school tommorow and gotta go earn some money to get this axle!

i tell you what dude(speedbump) if you some 20 inch front MX's and 18 rear MX"S you would have a kick *** bike!!

Well, I had a pair of 20" Holeshots on the front, but traded a guy my wheels and tires for his wheels and tires, he liked my Holeshots more that his *****TY Shredders, but I just saw the wheels were better than mine ( One of mine had a wobble and I had drilled holes for valve-stems to flip them around ) He still wanted to do the trade, so I figured I could get new tires easier than replacing a front wheel. As for the rears, 18" really look great, but for woods riding (all I do, NO MX for me, too old) The 18"s are outta the question. the 20" radials out back now are tuff enuff on ground clearance and gearing. Thanks for the comments and you will be super happy for buying a LSR axle as compared to a DuraBend. I got rid of mine too for a LSR. My next one will be a Rad MFG Titanium setup. About $800 complete......axle, carrier, hubs, brake sprocket and brake stay. Super nice setup. Big $$$$$$ but I make more everyday, right? LMAO

I like being different, I don't know anyone around my parts with that rearend setup, so I will get it. Good luck with yours. :)

Here is another couple shots of the quad, This is the first in a while that I actually cleaned it up a bit. Too busy riding it.
