I have a white brothers e series and i was wondering if running it without a spark arrestor would hurt anything it has K&N filter and jet kit. Does it make any differance in power. :devil :square :devil

I don't think it would hurt anything, but I'm not sure about the horsepower gains. It would definitely be louder. Of course, louder does not always indicate more power.

QUESTION: Can I run a open end cap?

ANSWER: Yes, but you will actually lose horsepower and torque. For example, on the Yamaha YZ400F, the
E-Series loses over 2 horsepower on the dyno with the end cap & discs removed! You will also lose the
ability to adjust powerband, sound levels and jetting; as well, the system will no longer be a U.S.F.. S. approved
spark arrestor. If you choose to run an open end cap, simply remove the blank disc and bolt the end cap back on.

QUESTION: Do I have to run the E-Series Discs?

ANSWER: Yes, but only if you want maximum horsepower, maximum adjustability, and a U.S.F.. S.
approved spark arrestor.
