loose brake

my rear brake caliper on my EX is slightly loose. i remember taking it all off before, and it seemed tight when i put it back together. is it supposed to be like this? wtf?:confused:

yes it is supposed to it has bolts that are rubber mounted.

The "caliper Stay" is on a rubber o-ring and is held on by a snap ring it is supposed to turn a bit
