Pilot screw, quick rep please.

hi, i don't want to take off my carb again.
this is a picture of my carb when i took it off the first time.
Now i want to adjust the pilot screw without taking the carb off again and i can see this bolt from my carb...
that is the pilot screw right ?quick reply please.

its also called the fuel screw, thats it.
