Had a great time at glamis. Great Crew. Weather was perfect. Everybody was very cool. The best part was I got to ride in a real fast rail. Eighty-to a hundred mph down the sand highway, Unreal. We rode through the dunes with the quads. Those rails have so much power, they can climb anything. This rail gets AIR!! Thats what happened to his wheel. He landed sidways off a jump and broke it in half. Cory goes BIG. He was out jumping the dirt bikes. It feels a little strange being in the air so long in something so big.
Everybody rode hard, nobody got hurt. That makes a good trip. Anyway here are some pics. This is camp

I was not there when he broke the wheel ( thank god). but it scared the crap out of Jeff. When we were out later they showed me and it was at least 20-30 feet. more like 40- 50. Put it this way the bikes were sailing farther then I would ever want to on a quad . We would head straight up a big dune and Cory would hammer it and we were just sailing off the tops, just like you would on a quad but faster. You hear that turbo kick in and hang on!! Don't get me wrong he would check it out first or our groop of quads would jump it first. Still it was nuts.

How exactly did that end up costing him $400 to fix that wheel?

Yea yea yea, yada yada yada,
It's true that was only a 2.5 but it still hauled. I'll bet we got it to a hundred. Yea I know the big v-8's fly. but this thing could fly through the air with the greatest of ease:D Are you going this weekend? I want to see the beer drinking trick:devil
I'm going to help Alin build his motor next week. I hope he goes this weekend.
