300 ex not running good

I have a 03 300ex. I just got a full pipe, jet kit, and k&n installed by my local dealer. Today I took it out for the first time. Its a little hard starting. soon as you touch the trottle it shuts off. it takes a little while to get it warmed up. 2nd problem when im riding it hard it pops when i let off the throttle. 3rd problem is that i smell gas all the time. please help me I dont know how the shops do it they have now where to ride them to test them.

id rather have it back to stock than having these problems. any suggestions?

increase the main jet and buy a larger pilot, also read the recommondations that came w/ the jet kit, that can be used as a guide
