New Bearing Carrier

I did the oven trick and gotone of my bearings out but it took almost half hour in the over....and lots of beating and prying....now the other one....before i started the oven thing i tryed beating them out...only to wedge one all crooked in there...anyways me and my temper decided to try just beating the piss out of it...only to get it more stuck and severe gouges in my stock carrier...so now i am saying **** it and I am just going to buy a new one already packed with bearings....any suggestions???

I have one of these. Its a RAD carrier and even has the grease zerk on the side. Nice quality for the $$$

right before i sold my 300ex i blew one of the seals out the side went on ebay and picked up a LSR carrier and put it in i never rode on it before i sold it but it sure looked cool.
