new Krylon fusion plastic paint. good idea, or pure b.s.?

krylon has come out with a series of paint that i THink is called "fusion". its supposedly supposed to "bond" to the plastic and actually work its way into the plastic, unlike normal paint which just sits on the surface. i wonder if it works?:o :confused:
