Me and a buddy of mine went down there and met Ben. We were standing there watching some racing when Cheetah and a friend of his came over and introduced themselves. Nice meeting you guys, by the way. The weather was great and so was the racing. John Arens was also there and Ben and I got a chance to say hi to him and put a face with a name. Unfortunately, John was way busy taking pics for some people there and we didn't want to interfere with him anymore than we did already. So onto my pics I took:D My favorite racer, Tim Farr on his Pro Production Z400.

The holeshot of a Pro qualifier. You know, the usual slow-pokes, Mike Walsh, Dana Creech...

Mike and Dana were duking it out for first until Dana's rear plastic and seat decided they wanted to seperate themselves from the rest of the bike:(

Were you guys down there today racing? I saw a Cannondale with a Champion Motorsports decal on the tank and wonder if that was you guys. I think the name of the kid riding it was Bobby something but I could be mistaken.

Here are some unknown riders on the uphill jump. Check out the last guy in the pic. That's Creech without his seat:D

Guy,

Nice pics. And I guess that I'll answer real quick for Vito. Yes that is their Champion Motorsports Moto being raced by Bobby Ross. He seems to be doing quite well on it. From what Jim told me tonight, Bobby got 2nd in 250 Pro-Am, and 4th in 250A. But I'll let Vito fill ya in on everything else.

Tim Farr waxed the field in the two Pro Production qualifiers I watched him race in and Jeremiah Jones won both his qualifiers in the Pro class. I've got no clue as to what the rest of the classes did. The PA system was out where we were standing so we had no idea who was racing until they came doubling passed us. Not only that but in a lot of the classes below Pro Production they had one set of riders go and when they got about halfway around the track they let another set go. So you had two different groups riding on the track at the same time and it was very difficult to figure out if a guy was at the back of the first pack or at the front of the second pack after about 2 laps. So there were those difficulties and then Ben asked if I could go with him to load up Project400EX. That took an hour out of watching the racing (THANKS BEN  )

Hey Guy it was great meeting you guys up there and I hope we can meet up again sometime. I can't wait to see what the EX will look like when Ben gets finished with it. Anyways, couldn't Creech have got DQed for that? There must have been some Creech haters behind us because they were ferious that Creech was still racing with no seat.

the seat bracket broke and the seat fell off. there is no rule that says you have to reattach it.

although it isn't very comfortable and if you sit down your motor chokes off.
