night before race what should i do to prepare myself?

eat carbs for dinner (speghetti is your best bet), drink lots of fluids (water or sports drink) and the best thing is to get a good nights sleep.

check over ur whole quad clean and lube the air filter, chain, do an oil change if u might need one soon ( races put a lot of stress on ur engine) sleep well.

Eat some pasta and get a good nights rest, make sure the quad runs properly

Yea. My first race ever is tomorrow and im not feeling so hot. I worked on my quad all day and got it how i want and now the butterflys set in. I just hope all goes well.

eat some pasta, don't fill yourself up to much lol make sure your quad is ready to go and you can load it up right away in the morning and then don't get to stressed out :) and then finally get a good nights sleep :D

hey thanks guys ill be sure to do all of these things, my quad is running a tad bit lean but it will be fine.

goods nights rest!!!! dang it no wonder im sleeping on the track!!! hahahaha im usually in the garage getting things fixed and put back together because of late deliveries on parts :( and end up getting to bed by 3-4 am then getting up at 7am to be at the track by 8 :ermm: i hate doing that....but, all the other advise is really good and oh yea one more thing...while your lying in bed try TRY TRY not to think about racing!!!! that usually gets me even more wound up and i can actually feel my heart speed up! oh what a life we lead hahahahaha Good luck!

Do everything everyone else said, but fall asleep watchin Huevos and jammin to Disturbed or Chevelle or whatever gets you pumped.....Good Luck!

ya i know im watchin huevos now, and ill have to pop the disturbed cd in tonight, get myself pumped, and spoon: who doesnt take a trip to the zoo b4 racin? i find that watchin the penguins get me pupmed:blah

dont forget to take a $hit at home, if you dont as soon as you get to the track & the butterflies set in you'll find your self in that damn out house,man do they stink!!! :confused2
