what plug should i use in my 250r w/ the mods in my sig. i heard NGK b8es was good, and i have some at the house, is that the right one. thanx

THe "r" is for a resistor type plug. Basically it's there for if you have lights and stuff. It's basically the same plug but i always get the resistor type.

ok, i dont have any lights, the only electrical is the basics. Thanx. Its sounds like ill be okay.

I run br8es', but I guess I'll switch to b8es', they're prolly a few cents cheaper

my bike began to not run as well when i put my new pipe on even with the jetting changes so i decided to try a few different plugs i beleive it was the br8eg it has a real smll point i beleive it was the iridium plug but it did wonders for the bke in like 10 min it ran perfect and pulled alot harder than before

When my R was stock I used the normal BR8ES, but with the big bore stroker I was told to run the BR8EG or BR8EV (or the BR8EVX but they are spendy). It would probably run on ES plugs but I just run EG's and EV's. The EG has a smaller electrode than the ES and the EV's is even smaller than the EG's.
I don't think the EG or EV is irridium or platinum but I believe the EVX is.
