Spark Plug Question

Does anybody use/has used any plug different from the Stock reccomended NGK DPR8/9Z? I usually run the 89, but Napa was out of them, so i got a DPR8EA-9 i think....looks exactly the same except the threads/electrode protrude a bit shorter, starts and runs fine, nothing irregular, same heat range-same plug as in my buddy's warrior i think.

Any opinions?
