View Full Version : rear hub nuts.. help fast

i just got my new lsr axle from cd racing today and am in the process of installing it the only problem is i cant get my rear hub nuts off the stock axle, i tried almost everything except an impact wrench, im thinkin if i give it one big shot with the impact wrench it might give....any suggestions?? thanx :confused:

Take the cotter pins out first:) J/P Spray them with some penetrating oil then hit 'em with the impact. Gosh htey shouldn't be that tight:ermm:

Use the impact wrench or get a bigger wrench....
Also, in case you don't know, the LSR nuts are bigger......30mm;)

thanx i got them off last night i just let them soak in liquid wrench then they funally came off...
