Anyone going to the 4 stroke championships at glen helen saturday and sunday????

I wish I could go....it's not too far from here, either. But I have way too much to do and there is just no way I can go......post some pics when you get back - and tell us how the track was! I am racing there on June 15th, and I'd like to know what to expect. The only bad thing I can think of is if they run you guys on the same track as the bikes.......it's gonna be RUT CITY!!!! ;) That's how it was at the 4-stroke nationals here......

races were cool, track was pretty rough by the time the pro bikes were done. the quads had a tough time but they managed. ryan bemis took 4th place overall in the amature class (his very first race) and august goebel took 7th in the pro class, he lost a front right bearing on the 3rd lap and still rode it out! it was kinda cold out there but sure beats sweating to death. all in all it was a good time and the racing was pretty good as well :macho

i was supposed to go down thier with Taylor Moles but he crashed on his 50 last thursday and got pretty beat up so we didnt go down

Glad to hear August made it over there - I knew he was trying!! That's cool!!! Glad you guys are all in one piece! :D

Out here, during the 4stroke nationals, the track had the deepest ruts I've ever seen....it was horrible for us modded quads - we were so low we kept dropping tires into ruts, pulling chains off, scraping mud up with our a-arms.....it was pretty brutal. It was a really hard race just to not crash....those pro's tear it up!!:D

I will be there June 15th....so hope to see some of you out there!

there was no womans class there were three quads classes, novice, inter. and pro

WOW!!! The turnout must have gotten a lot smaller, then - there were about 100 or so quads for the first two races, weren't there?

i dunno i wasnt down their but the pre entre form only had three classes

She(Katie) was probably running the novice class, sounds like fun!!! You can't miss her, her quad is purple & pink, w/ Barbie tassles on the ends of the bars LOL:)
