Need help Fast!gusseting

hey, sounds like I'll be gusseting my frame all myself I need to know what guage of metal you guys use.and if I need to have someone plasma cut it for me or some way I could cut it myself , I did a search for the places to put them so I'm good on that part,need answers by probally tomorrow.thanks A LOT-darren

selling 400ex gussets..dont know what guage it was tho

I'd rather not wait the few days to get them shipped and just buy some metal and have someone cut it, thanks though-darren

i believe i used 18g on mine

Try to have someone cut them with a bandsaw if you have access. It will make a cleaner cut and you will not have to clean the gussets up to much. I can not remeber the guage off the top of my head but i know it is a little bigger than 1/8". If you need some pictures let me know and post your email address.

thats good enough, I just needed to know about how much metal I'd need, thanks-darren
