well the stock system is bose.....and i have been told that when bose made the speekers they made them so that they wont work with a aftermarket head unit. OK so i figure i just put new speekers all around in . Not that east i cant find anybody around here that will help me gut it because they say it is to hard to take audis apart and takes too much time. I cant even get any shop to do it without spending an arm and a leg. Now....the car is wired such that i cant put a bose disk changet in it but that cost 600 from bose......if you could tell me where i can get it cheaper please let me know i would really like osme help. So now i have to just to run a little dish man with one of the jerry rigger tape decks:o . Is that going to lower sound quality by allot???

Thx, but the amp and cap are on the roof of the trunk thus i have to shoot upword. Yes it is a 96 a4quatro. It is really hard to find parts for(aftermarket), all of the parts start in like 97.....it is wierd but i am gonna get som more stuff for as soon as i get soem more pesos.

I'm trying to get mine together...but with my truck there is very little space underneath the Back bench.(it's an Ext cab Chevy)

Any Ideas? I'm pretty sure I have to get a better box( the one I have now is just plain crap)

I'm not really looking to spend alot of money, so should I jsut build my own box?
