I just got my new AC full skid plate & was wondering has anyone ever keep the stock 1 on & put the AC over it…no need for the little spacers.

nope , no need for it, if yours starts to vibrate loud run silicone were it touches the frame;)

it wont fit right. the spacers are there cuz the we cant dimple the skid far enough up to attach to the frame and as for siliconing the skid on, the only reason i would do that to mine would be to get rid of the vibartion noise.

i dont silicone it to the frame:rolleyes: jeez, my quad sounds like a pos when its vibrates so i pulled it off and looked where it touched the frame and ran a beed of silicone along there so it was quiet and bolted it back on, thats the only way unless you want the noise
